Sarah Brown
Billing and Insurance
As Accounts Administrator, I work with insurance companies, therapists, and clients to answer billing questions, resolve claim issues, and ensure accounts are handled accurately and efficiently.
I enjoy solving problems and helping make the billing process as clear and stress-free as possible.
My goal is to provide friendly, responsive support so our therapists can focus on what matters most, caring for our clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog, exploring the Colorado mountains, and reading a good book.

Montisha Hines-Goosby

Montisha has more than 25 years of experience working with individuals and families. She is a lifelong learner who desires to see others improve and grow.
Montisha recognizes the potential in her clients and helps them identify their strengths by providing them with the tools and strategies necessary to succeed in their personal, emotional, social, and career goals.
She has a special interest and experience in working with teenagers, young adults, autism, ADHD, anxiety, and family relationships. Montisha possesses extensive knowledge of community resources, youth-to-adulthood transitions, and life coaching.
Montisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Doctorate in Education. As a native Houstonian, she is also a wife and mother.
Jessica Hudlin

Jessica is passionate about serving individuals impacted by domestic violence, substance use disorders, and severe mental illness.
She brings strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills and is committed to continued growth as a clinician.
Jessica is furthering her skills in trauma-informed, client-centered care.
Jessica’s professional background includes work in service coordination, counseling, and care coordination within mental health and substance use treatment settings, where she has supported treatment planning, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, foster care services, assisting with placements and family support. Jessica brings to the team experience in mental health, crisis support, and case management.
Claudia Mattox

Claudia Mattox is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
She is passionate about serving kids, teens, and adults who have had their lives impacted from traumatic experiences. She has extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for helping clients heal from emotional distress and break free from unhealthy relationship patterns.
Her approach is attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and client-centered. Claudia focuses on identifying triggers that are contributing to her client’s distress and working together to increase safety and connection to themselves, others, and decrease the intensity of distress they may feel from past traumatic experiences.
Claudia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Houston, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She focuses on creating a space for her clients to be fully themselves and believes that authenticity and connection are the foundation for creating a trusting therapeutic relationship.
Marissa Nelson

Marissa has clinical experience working with adolescents, families, young adults, and LGBTQ+ identifying individuals in unique settings. You can expect a comfortable, nonjudgmental space to allow for a wonderful therapy experience, with hours being offered for later evening visits. Through a goal-oriented approach, Marissa specializes in working with anxiety, depression, anger issues/management, histories of abuse/trauma, self-esteem difficulties, overall stress management, major life events/transitions, and women’s issues. Additionally, she is well-versed and trained in the following therapies: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. With Marissa you can expect the undivided attention of an experienced and compassionate clinician who wants to ensure your success in therapy and in life! Your success and happiness can only be defined by you, but Marissa is well equipped and ready to provide an empathetic ear to listen and a comforting shoulder to lean on during your journey in caring for your mental health.

She is a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 15 years of experience.
Tamiko received her undergraduate and graduate education from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. She is enjoyable, she loves to laugh, and she's a great listener. Her background is focused on Child Welfare, Child Development, and Culturally Diverse Populations. Tamiko is highly passionate about her clients. Her skills enable her to help you focus on personal growth and healing with solution-focused techniques.

As the founder and Clinical Director of Spencer and Associates, I am proud to serve alongside our fabulous team, supervising them while also seeing clients. I am enthusiastic and motivational, while maintaining a reality-based core. This relationship is to benefit you, and you will be in the driver's seat. I am here to guide and remind, ask questions and understand. You do not have to worry about being judged or any assumptions made. I am happy to help people identify and break down barriers to their success. I enjoy all the little achievements that can seem like mountains. We can celebrate together! Tehmina Hyder

Tehmina believes there is no one-size-fits-all therapy approach to address each unique person’s needs or challenges. She believes in providing support with respect, compassion and understanding. Tehmina is here to help guide and empower so you can lead the best life for your unique self, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as strengths-based approaches. She specializes in helping people find themselves and learn healthy coping skills to address challenges.
Tehmina speaks Urdu and Hindi and understands the distinct cultural needs of diverse groups.
She has wide range of experience, from elementary-aged children to elderly and Hospice, and the emotional toll on families losing a loved one.

Hazzel Monterroza

Hazzel is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
She greatly enjoys working with adolescents and young adults experiencing symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, eating concerns/self-esteem/body image, and those who are struggling to manage stress, anger, life transitions, facing spiritual challenges and relationship conflicts. Her treatment approach is client-centered and trauma-informed. She hopes to provide clients with a safe place to experience personal growth and inner healing, while focusing on meeting their personal goals to create lasting change.Hazzel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Texas A&M University, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Houston.
Her career has given her the opportunity to work with diverse populations in different settings including juvenile justice, residential treatment centers, shelters for immigrants, and schools. Hazzel is an EMDR Certified Therapist.Hazzel speaks Spanish

I work collaboratively with clients to develop practical tools and strategies that foster resilience, self-awareness, and lasting growth. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I have experience working with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My goal is to empower clients to gain insight, develop coping skills, and move toward their personal goals with confidence. As a bilingual counselor, I am fluent in Spanish and able to provide services to Spanish-speaking individuals and families. I value cultural sensitivity and strive to create an inclusive environment where clients from diverse backgrounds feel respected and supported.

Elizabeth Guthrie

John Bowlby once wrote, "Life should be a series of adventures launched from a secure base." In Therapy, Lizzy Guthrie seeks to support clients with a secure base to explore and understand their internal, relational, and spiritual world and to create new patterns of interaction based on safety. Lizzy, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who specializes in Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples, Individuals, and Families, and is a supervisor candidate with AAMFT, based in Wilmore, KY. She is passionate about walking with clients through pain and into healing from their internal or relational struggles. Lizzy offers therapy for families, couples, and individuals in person, via tele-health, and when appropriate for equine assisted therapies. In addition to therapy, Lizzy hosts couples retreats, QPR (Gatekeeper training for suicide prevention), and Supervision for developing therapists. Lizzy is also a co-founder and co-leader of Integrating Equines into Emotion Focused Therapy. This group is an International EFT community group that focuses on the development and support of therapists who utilize horses in Emotion Focused Therapy. Lizzy integrates a trauma informed, multicultural approach to her clinical work. She also brings an extensive equine background to her equine assisted work. Outside of work Lizzy spends her time with her family in nature, gardening, or enjoying exploring the world by bicycle.

Brittany Vogel

I have had the privilege of shouldering with clients as they navigate the challenges of trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, difficulty with relationships and boundaries, and matters of personal growth. I utilize a strengths-based and client-centered approach and am a certified EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to allow you the opportunity to process your experience, to heal from past wounds, and to feel truly seen and heard. I am here to listen and provide support, to help you discover your own inherent strength and value, and to equip you with new tools to help empower you to achieve your goals.
